Olean for Snacks
Two varieties of Olean have been formulated specifically for the savory snack industry:
Soybean Olean [SPEC] [MSDS]
Cottonseed Olean [SPEC] [MSDS]
Compared to regular vegetable oil, Olean contributes Zero calories, zero fat and zero saturated fat to the snacks prepared with either soybean or cottonseed Olean.
A variety of well known brands are available in "light" and fat free versions today.
